To acknowledge and express sincere gratitude to its cherished customers for their continuous support and loyalty, Toyota Ghana has organized a Customer Appreciation dinner for its esteemed customers. The event, which is an annual affair, is designed to give due recognition to all Toyota customers who have contributed one way or the other to the growth and success of the Company.
The programme commenced with a cocktail and vehicle display of the new Land Cruiser GX and Yaris Hatch Back. This display gave customers the opportunity to physically examine the new features and also interact with the sales executives.
The Managing Director of Toyota Ghana, Mr. Tetsuya Suematsu, in his remarks at the dinner, attributed the success of the company to its customers, hence the need to celebrate them.
He said, “In fact, we see you really as our extended family members who help us grow. For your trust and belief in us, both monetary and with loyalty, you all truly and duly deserve a worthy appreciation.”
Mr. Suematsu noted that Toyota Ghana was even more grateful to its customers this year for their corporation and support following the aftermath of the June 3rd floods in Accra. Adding that to prevent a recurrence of damages incurred, Toyota Ghana has elevated major sections of the mechanical workshop floors as well as its body and paint branch.
As part of the evening’s activities, there was a special raffle draw which had many customers taking home various electronic and home appliances including table top fridges, LED TVs, water purifiers, home theatres, just to mention a few.
All attendees also pick Toyota souvenirs.
The evening was very entertaining as customers and staff of Toyota Ghana danced to tunes from a live band till sunrise.
