With the objective of making its services easily accessible to its customers nationwide, Toyota Ghana certified its 5th Service Shop, Eusbett Toyota Service Center, to handle the servicing of Toyota vehicles in the Brong Ahafo Region and its surrounding areas.
In his address, the Managing Director of Toyota Ghana, Mr. Tetsuya Suematsu, noted that Toyota Ghana is aware of its growing customer base across the country and Sunyani happens to be one of the major areas with a high volume of Toyota vehicles. “However, until today, users here have had to travel long distances to access our professional service. This situation, fortunately, has become a thing of the past now. Toyota users in this region can enjoy easy access to this Service Centre, where our quality service and genuine spare parts are available. We have brought our services to your doorstep” He added.
Mr. Suematsu intimated that Eusbett Toyota Service Centre has been taken through rigorous intensive training to acquire the requisite skills and professionalism that is required to provide Toyota standard service. He therefore entreated the officials of the Centre to uphold the standard that they have come to be associated with.
The Managing Director of Eusbett Group of Companies, Mr. Sam Bennett, was optimistic that the Centre will offer customers more satisfaction, convenience and the quality service Toyota is globally noted for. He was hopeful to expand the Service Centre in the near future to make it the leader among Toyota Ghana Authorized Service Shops.
