For the 8th consecutive time, Toyota Ghana has retained its status in the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) Hall of Fame, Motor Firm Category. The awards ceremony was under the distinguished auspices of Nana Dr. Osei Darkwa III, Chief of Petriensa (the 1st Digital Village in Ghana) and President of Ghana Technology University College. The event, themed: “THE FUTURE OF MARKETING: EVOLVE OR DIE” hosted renowned marketers and organisations who were acknowledged and celebrated for their marketing excellence and innovation.
Toyota Ghana outperformed its competitors to retain itsmembership in the Hall of Fame for its outstanding service delivery and innovations to satisfy customers. This award was also accorded in recognition of the Company’s strategic marketing plans and policies maintained over the years and improved in 2014.
The citation accompanying the Award reads as follows:
‘You vowed to provide your customers with the best vehicle life and ownership experience, and with your dedicated staff, you lived to that billing during the year under review.
You also brought convenience to your numerous clients by bringing your outlets closer to them; thus you can currently boast of five branches and four authorised shops across the country.
Even in the face of a challenging year, you never relented on your promise to deliver excellence.
Your unparelled customer service delivery, new product development and managing channels have come to redefine auto business and its marketing processes.
Your evaluators never cease to marvel at your endeavours and never ending Corporate Social Initiatives.
You have endlessly wowed your patrons as they continue to be amazed at your outstanding customer service schemes, market knowledge and consumer engagement.
You are hereby retained, for the eighth year in the CIMG HALL OF FAME – MOTOR FIRM OF THE YEAR – 2014”.
Receiving the award, the Managing Director of Toyota Ghana, Mr. Suematsu Tetsuya, expressed the company’s appreciation for such an honourable commendation and reiterated the company’s commitment to upholding their customer first principle to ensure that our customers are delighted in their daily transactions with us. He added that, “Toyota Ghana is proud of this award and duly acknowledges the support and loyalty of its esteemed customers in the achievement of this enviable accomplishment.”
