To sensitize our customers particularly, and the public at large
on the dangers on the dangers of counterfeit or fake spare parts,
our Spare Parts Department launched an educational campaign on
anti-counterfeit parts. The campaign was dubbed “One Little
Mistake, Big Trouble” to echo the effect of even the minutest
fake part on the performance of a car. As part of the educational
campaign, anti-counterfeit flyers were produced and distributed
both internally to customers visiting our workshops and externally
on some strategically selected streets corridors to motorists
(mainly to Toyota users). Posters as well as documentaries were
also made to make the campaign more impactful.
In addition, a seasonal campaign was also undertaken to offer
our customers a 15 percent discount on bulbs and wiper blades
as we start the rainy season. The programme is presented below
in pictures.
