At the just ended CIMG Awards organized at State House, Toyota
Ghana was honoured with the Institute’s highest Award –
the CIMG Hall of Fame, Motor Firm category. Toyota Ghana is the
first company ever to receive such an Award since the inception
of these Awards some nineteen years ago.
The citation accompanying the Award reads as follows:
“Between years 2003 and 2006, you have remained at the
pinnacle of the motor industry; an evidence of your successful
exploits and the effective use of marketing concepts in your day
to day business activities. Customer satisfaction has been a hallmark
of your business activities and this was duly recognised by the
public culminating in the CIMG endorsing you as the Motor Firm
of the Year 2003, 2004, 2005,and 2006. For remaining a colossus
in the Motor firm industry for these years, the CIMG has elevated
TOTOTA GHANA CO. LTD to the CIMG HALL OF FAME – MOTOR FIRM
CATEGORY”.
For Toyota Ghana, this induction into the CIMG Hall of Hall could
not have come at a better time as the company celebrates its 10th
Anniversary this year. It signifies that our operations so far
have well appreciated by our customers, the chieftans in the auto
industry as well as the general public.
