For the first time in the annals of the Company, a “Toyota
Users’ Conference” has been held for our customers
in Kumasi. This formed part of our 10th anniversary plans to reach
our customers all over the country and fill them in on current
trends.
The programme provided an interactive platform for Toyota Ghana
to update Toyota Users on our latest technological development,
model line-up, after sales and training facilities, our achievements
and future plans. It also afforded participants the opportunity
to furnish us with their concerns regarding our products and services
and together address the way forward in this partnership.
In his address, the Managing Director of Toyota Ghana, Mr. Masato
Kimata expressed the Company’s gratitude to all customers
for their continuous support over the past decade. He reassured
participants of Toyota’s commitment to continue improving
its activities to bring delight and excellent driving experience
to its customers.
The event, which was patronized by over 135 participants, took
place at the plush, newly opened Golden Tulip Hotel, Kumasi with
the theme “WHY TOYOTA?’.
