For the third consecutive time, Toyota Ghana has retained the Hall of Fame (Motor Firm Category) status conferred by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG).
This award is in recognition of the excellent strategic marketing principles the company maintained, and in most cases, improved upon in the year 2009.
The citation accompanying the Award reads as follows:
“You have relentlessly worked your way to become the crème de la crème of the Motor Firm industry in Ghana. Having been confirmed CIMG MOTOR FIRM OF THE YEAR for three consecutive years and inducted into the HALL OF FAME since 2007, you have indeed excelled tremendously in your operations. You have consistently applied marketing practices such as market insights, measuring marketing performance and after sales service in your operations and you continue to delight your clients nationwide. Your corporate social responsibilities are highly commendable. For these performances, the CIMG for the third consecutive time is pleased to retain TOYOTA GHANA CO. LTD. in THE CIMG HALL OF FAME – MOTOR FIRM CATEGORY, 2009”.
