To acknowledge and express gratitude to its cherished customers for their commitment and loyalty, Toyota Ghana organized a Customer Appreciation party last week at the African Regent Hotel for its esteemed customers. The event, which is an annual affair, is designed to give due recognition to all Toyota customers who have contributed one way or the other to the growth and success of the Company.
Speaking at the event, the MD of Toyota Ghana, Mr. Takahiko Takabayashi, thanked the customers for their continuous support and unflinching loyalty which have propelled Toyota Ghana to the NO.1 position on the Ghana Club 100 ranking. He also assured them of Toyota’s support to offer them superior quality at all times.
As part of the evening’s activities, awards were given to the best corporate and individual customers of the company’s operational departments based on the volume of transactions. Customers who were awarded under this category included; Ghana Commercial Bank, Ghana Cocoa Board, Sinohydro Corporation, Enterprise Insurance, Mr. Godfred Andoh, Mr. Stephen Okudzeto, Mr. Louis Sogbo and Mr. Kwasi Amoa. Two special awards were also given; one to Mr. Forster Dzodzomenyo as the most loyal customer for consistently sticking to his periodic maintenance schedule with Toyota Ghana for all the fourteen years since he bought his Toyota Corona from our showroom and the other went to Alabaster Car Rentals & Tours for their constructive feedback that led to significant improvement in Toyota Ghana’s operations.
Prizes such as LCD TVs, Home Theater sets, one year free servicing, complete body spray, appreciable discounts on purchased parts, etc were given to these esteemed customers for their outstanding performance. All attendees also pick Toyota souvenirs.
