As a good corporate organization that recognizes and appreciates the support and contributions of its customers, Toyota Ghana organized a Customer Appreciation Cocktail for its customers to show appreciation. This cocktail was designed to give customers the opportunity to interact with staff and express their service needs in a very stress-free atmosphere.
The event started with a welcome address by the MD of TGCL, Mr. Masato Kimata. He thanked the customers for their loyalty and continuous patronage that enabled us to rank 3rd on the Ghana Club 100 Companies and also retain our position in the CIMG Hall of Fame, Motor Firm Category. He also assured them of Toyota’s support to offer them superior quality at all times.
There was a raffle draw meant to delight customers further by giving them the opportunity to win lots of prizes such as Plasma TV, 4-Burner Gas Cooker, Home Theatre set, weekend stay at the Alisa Hotel, Leisure flight vouchers, free routine service and parts discount vouchers, MTN modems, free vehicle spraying and many more.
Customers were entertained by the Ghana Dance Company with cultural performance whilst the Takashi Band provided very good danceable tunes which kept them dancing till the end of the programme.
