Toyota Ghana has established a liaison office in Takoradi. To outdoor this and announce our presence in Takoradi, the Company engaged with customers in a conference under the theme “The best comes to the Western Region”.
The objective of setting up of the liaison office at the Kokompe area is to save customers the stress of traveling long distances to access our rugged, reliable and dependable vehicles.
Welcoming the participants to the conference, the MD of Toyota Ghana, Mr. Takahiko Takabayashi, expressed his gratitude to the participants for being a part of the Toyota family. He reiterated that by our presence in Takoradi, Toyota Ghana seeks to strengthen and re-enforce TGCL’s collaboration with the Authorized Service Shop in Takoradi – Kwansa Auto Ltd – in supporting the owners and users of Toyota vehicles in Takoradi and its environs. He also assured them of the best world class product and service that Toyota is globally noted for.
In his remarks, the Special Guest for the occasion, Nana Kobina Nketsia V, Omanhene of Esikado, stated that the presence of Toyota Ghana in the Western Region has brought great relief to the people because the kind of terrain in the region requires a strong, stable, durable, robust and quality vehicle like Toyota. He commended Toyota Ghana for its good after sales service and also for being NO.1 in the Ghana Club 100 rankings.
As part of activities for the conference, there were presentations on the use of counterfeit parts and the overview of Toyota Ghana’s operations.
After the presentations, participants had the opportunity to discuss issues of interest to them and shared their concerns with management.
