In its desire to satisfy customers even more, Toyota Ghana has commissioned a new vehicle delivery center in Accra.
The new facility is again, another sign of Toyota Ghana's desire to improve customer satisfaction and maintain the provision of first class customer service. It is also designed to provide more convenience in terms of space and ease of access to new vehicle owners.
“This new facility offers customers the opportunity to be part of the vehicle delivery process from beginning to the signing of release documents”, says the General Manager, Mr. Eric Dako, in his welcome address.
Speaking at the launch, the Managing Director, Mr. Takahiko Takabayashi intimated that “The new delivery center is the starting point for Toyota customers to have the best vehicle life and ownership experience. We are committed to superior customer satisfaction. To prove it, we have invested significantly in this new Vehicle Delivery Center to ensure that customers receive their new vehicles in the most comfortable, exciting and convenient way. The new facility will provide more efficient delivery service to our customers. Vehicle delivery time is expected to improve considerably. Above all, having the new Delivery Centre has created more space at the headquarters to aid receiving more vehicles for servicing”.
“One strategic success factor with the introduction of this new Delivery Bay by Toyota Ghana Company Limited is that, it affords us the opportunity to delight each customer with the deserving unique attention”, he stated.
At the end of the launch, Members of the press were given a tour of the new facility.
