Toyota Ghana Company Limited (TGCL) currently has four General Service workshops. In addition, the company has appointed five authorized service shops at various locations across the country to ensure that it brings its services much closer to its esteemed customers. The company is however, not relenting on its efforts since it is in the process of developing even more service outlets.

Its aim is not only to offer better repair quality, but also, better performance in appearance, facilities, equipment and handling its esteemed customers in a way to earn their trust.TGCL categorizes its servicing into three main types (Express Maintenance, Express Repairs and Heavy Repairs), aimed at offering a wide variety of services tailored to meet the customer’s needs.
The EM Program aims to improve customer convenience by drastically reducing the service lead-time of periodic maintenance and guaranteeing the promised delivery time. The lead time is the time the vehicle is received to the completion time and it takes 60 minutes for the entire process to be carried out. This means customers can wait and pick up their vehicles right after the service. TGCL requires its cherished customers to service their vehicles at the first 5,000km and every five thousand kilometres interval or three months from the last service date, whichever comes first. Customers are therefore encouraged to be at the service centre at least 15mins before the appointed time.
